Close set eyes: Up Close and Beautiful!

Do your eyes have a not-so-long distance relationship? Your close set eyes might be the culprit! Girls with close set eyes tend to have a smaller distance in between their eyes. Though lovely, some women with close set eyes might feel like their eyes tend to be on the small side or that their features are unbalanced. However, there are plenty of tips and tricks like using false eyelashes and other eye makeup to perfectly flatter your eyes!

Determining your eyes

Do you have close set eyes? You can determine this by looking at your face in a mirror and noting the space in between your eyes and above your nose. Would there be enough space for you to fit another eye in between? If not, you probably have close set eyes! There are so many great ways to use false eyelashes to beautifully flatter your close set eyes, and get the gorgeous look that you want!

Lashes for close set eyes

Beauties with close set eyes should try false eyelashes that will give the appearance of an elongated, larger eye. Look for lashes that are tapered to be longest on the outer corner of your eye. Try to also look for false eyelashes that are wispy and soft. Any lashes that are too thick or too full will make your eyes look much smaller, try to avoid these

Another easy way is to make use of individual lashes! Add individual lashes to the outer corner of the eye as desired. Individual false eyelashes are very natural-looking, and are a great way to define your eye shape and balance your features.

Makeup Tips

For a makeup look that will complement your close-set eyes beautifully, try applying a light base shade all over your eyelid. Then, apply a bright, shimmering, highlighting on the inner part of your eyelid using a fluffy brush, concentrating it in the inner corners of your eye. Balance out the look by using a darker shade in the outer corner of the eye. This look will create natural-looking depth, and make your eyes appear larger and further apart.
